Buying questions

Harness, trunk or cassette?

Use a harness when one MTP or MPO port fans out directly to several smaller ports near the equipment. Use a trunk between panels or cabinets, and a cassette when the LC side is patched often in a rack enclosure. The harness vs trunk guide compares all three.

What should I send with a custom harness request?

A branch map with one row per branch: branch ID, main-end fiber positions, branch connector, destination port and length. A blank worksheet is in the harness guide.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders: estimated preparation is 1–7 business days after payment confirmation, plus Express transit of 3–8 business days after dispatch, varying by destination and address. Custom and project orders follow the written quotation. See the shipping policy for details and charges.
