Fiber Connectivity Manufacturing for Data Centers

Huawellux manufactures fiber connectivity products for data-center infrastructure, with MTP®/MPO cable assemblies as our core focus. We also support LC/SC cable assemblies, fiber cassettes, adapter panels, and rack enclosures used across data-center fiber links.

With 15 years of OEM and ODM manufacturing experience since 2012, we support customers from requirements review and sample development through volume production, inspection, packing, and delivery. Our production system includes four complete MTP®/MPO cable-assembly production lines with combined capacity of up to 5,000 connector terminations per day, supporting both project orders and repeat purchasing requirements. Actual output varies by connector type, fiber count, inspection scope, order mix, and production schedule.

Across our two production bases in Shenzhen and Zhanjiang, approximately 150 employees support cable preparation, connector processing, assembly, inspection, packing, and order fulfillment. Professional test equipment, quality-control procedures, and established manufacturing processes help us manage standard, custom, and non-standard fiber cable assembly requirements.
