Product pages show the product, selected options, price, availability, and specifications used for an online order. Customers should review the selected variant and contact Huawellux before ordering if compatibility, configuration, or project requirements are unclear.

Orders, Payment, Taxes, And Fees

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, a complete supported delivery address, and order-security review. If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, Huawellux will contact the customer about a correction, replacement, full refund, or cancellation.

Prices are shown in USD. For an order placed directly through huawellux.com, checkout displays the product price, any shipping fee, any United States sales tax that Huawellux is required to collect, and the final total before payment. If no sales-tax amount is shown, Huawellux does not collect sales tax for that direct order.

Orders placed directly through the Shopify Shop app or Shop website are subject to Shopify's marketplace-tax process and may include marketplace sales tax calculated and collected by Shop. Using Shop Pay during checkout on huawellux.com does not by itself make the order a Shop sales-channel order.

For supported United States standard online orders, Huawellux bears the applicable import duties and the customs-clearance, brokerage, and carrier charges required for standard delivery. The customer is not charged these amounts after checkout or on delivery. Huawellux adds no separate service fee, handling fee, order-processing fee, or payment-processing fee. Changes, Cancellations, And Shipping Delays

Contact Huawellux promptly to request a customer-initiated order change or cancellation. Such a request can normally be accepted only before preparation, production, customization, or shipment begins.

If Huawellux cannot ship a standard online order within the stated preparation period, Huawellux will provide a delay notice and the option to accept a revised expected shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund of all amounts paid. The Shipping Policy provides the applicable details.

Custom And RFQ Orders

Orders made to specifications that are not listed as selectable options on the product page and separately confirmed in writing before payment may require written product, price, preparation, shipping, and return terms. Selecting a listed product-page option or ordering multiple units does not by itself create separate return terms. Submitting an RFQ does not require payment.

Website Use

Users may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, interference with website operation, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
