Orders And Payment

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, a complete supported delivery address, and order-security review. If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, Huawellux will contact the customer about a correction, replacement, refund, or cancellation.

Custom And RFQ Orders

Orders made to specifications that are not listed as selectable options on the product page and separately confirmed in writing before payment may require written product, price, preparation, shipping, and return terms. Selecting a listed product-page option or ordering multiple units does not by itself create separate return terms. Submitting an RFQ does not require payment.
