Coverage And Shipping Cost
Huawellux welcomes inquiries worldwide for standard products and custom projects. Online checkout is limited to the supported destinations and addresses shown at checkout.
Online delivery covers supported destinations in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Availability for your delivery address is shown at checkout.
The published Standard Shipping and Express Shipping rates below apply to all supported destinations. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact sales@huawellux.com for a project quotation.

Shipping Origin And Fulfillment
Standard online orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Huawellux from mainland China. Huawellux does not use a local warehouse in the United States or a third-party fulfillment warehouse for these orders. Independent carriers and freight forwarders transport and deliver parcels after dispatch.
Delivery Estimate And Pre-Shipment Delays
Standard and Express Shipping estimates
Estimated preparation for all orders, including custom orders: 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Standard Shipping transit: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Estimated Express Shipping transit: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
These estimates may vary by destination and delivery address. Email sales@huawellux.com with your delivery country or region and postal code for a destination-specific estimate.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
The order cut-off is 6:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8 / Beijing time) on business days. Orders confirmed after the cut-off may begin preparation on the next business day.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated preparation period, we will contact you before it ends with an updated estimate and the option to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund.
Taxes, Import Charges, and Project Quotations
Prices are shown in USD. The buyer pays destination import duties, taxes and clearance fees and supplies the required clearance information. Any taxes we must collect are shown before payment. Include shipping or clearance requirements in your inquiry. Existing orders and accepted quotations keep their agreed terms.
Address And Tracking
Customers must provide a complete delivery address, including the recipient name, company name where applicable, street address, suite or unit, city, state/province/region where applicable, postal/ZIP code, country, and the email address and phone number required for delivery.
Address changes are possible only before preparation or shipment begins.
Tracking is sent by email or through the order contact information when available. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Delays, Damage, And Lost Shipments
Weather, carrier exceptions, customs inspection, address problems, holidays, and remote-area limits may affect delivery timing. Huawellux will provide available tracking or carrier updates.
For a damaged, incorrect, missing, or apparently lost shipment, email sales@huawellux.com promptly with the order number, a description, and relevant package or product photos. Approved cases are handled under the Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy.
Cancellations And Custom Orders
Contact Huawellux as soon as possible to request cancellation. Requests can normally be accepted only before preparation, customization or shipment begins. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights required by law. After shipment, please see our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy.
Custom, RFQ-confirmed, bulk, project-specific, or special-configuration orders may have project-specific shipping arrangements confirmed in writing before payment or production. Estimated preparation for all orders, including custom orders, is 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
