U.S. Orders: Express Shipping, Delivery Times and Import Charges

Huawellux ships standard online orders directly from mainland China to supported U.S. addresses with Standard or Express Shipping. Standard Shipping is US$9.90 and Express Shipping is US$49.90 for orders below US$299; both are free at or above US$299 after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Orders are prepared in 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 6–10 business days for Standard Shipping and 1–5 business days for Express Shipping, varying by destination and address. Prices and shipping exclude U.S. import duties and charges, which the buyer pays. These terms come from our Shipping Policy, updated October 30, 2026.

Preparation time: estimated preparation for all orders, including custom-built assemblies, is 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 6–10 business days for Standard Shipping and 1–5 business days for Express Shipping, varying by destination and address.

Standard Shipping and Express Shipping are available for supported online orders. Preparation and transit are separate: add both to estimate your delivery date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The order cut-off is 6:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) on business days; orders confirmed after the cut-off may begin preparation on the next business day.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated preparation period, Huawellux notifies you before that period ends, with a revised shipment date where available and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Weather, carrier exceptions, customs inspection, address problems, holidays and remote-area limits can affect delivery timing.

Origin and Tracking

Standard online orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Huawellux from mainland China. Huawellux does not use a local U.S. warehouse or a third-party fulfillment warehouse for these orders. Independent carriers and freight forwarders transport and deliver parcels after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email or through the order contact information when available; carrier scans may take time to appear.

Import Charges

For new standard online orders and new project quotations, prices and shipping exclude destination import duties, import taxes and import-clearance, brokerage or carrier tax-collection charges. The buyer pays these to the relevant authority, carrier or broker when requested and provides the importer information and documents needed for customs clearance. Checkout shows the amount charged by Huawellux; any sales tax we are legally required to collect is shown separately before payment. A zero tax amount at checkout does not mean that no import charge is payable.

Custom and Project Orders

Custom builds, project quantities and orders with a fixed deadline have their configuration, shipping cost and any project-specific shipping arrangements confirmed in a written quotation before payment. Estimated preparation for all orders remains 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. See Ordering options and Request a Quote. Include any label, packing, document or test-report requirements so they are part of the quotation.

Huawellux Factory Testing

Huawellux's specification for MPO and MTP® assemblies (identical for both) is insertion loss ≤0.35 dB for single-mode and multimode, with return loss ≥60 dB APC; single-mode UPC ≥55 dB (MTP/MPO) or ≥50 dB (LC/SC); multimode >30 dB. LC and SC patch cords are listed at insertion loss ≤0.35 dB and return loss ≥50 dB (single-mode UPC), ≥60 dB (single-mode APC) and >30 dB (multimode). Every Huawellux product receives end-face visual inspection under a 400x video microscope and is tested for insertion loss (IL) and return loss (RL) before it ships. Interferometric end-face geometry (fiber height, coplanarity, end-face angle and radius) is sample-checked in production; a geometry report is supplied only if you specify it. Dust caps are fitted on every connector, and an IL/RL test report ships with every order.
