U.S. Orders: Express Shipping and Delivery Guide

Huawellux ships standard fiber-connectivity products directly from mainland China to supported U.S. addresses. This guide explains Express Shipping, preparation and transit estimates, tracking, and ordering arrangements.
This guide covers supported U.S. standard online orders. Custom, bulk, project-specific, and special-configuration orders may have separate written preparation and shipping terms confirmed before payment or production.
Shipping Rates and U.S. Delivery Estimates

Express Shipping is the only shipping method for supported online orders. Preparation time and estimated transit time are separate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The order cut-off is 6:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8 / Beijing time) on business days; orders confirmed after the cut-off may begin preparation on the next business day.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated preparation period, Huawellux will provide the delay notice and cancellation options described in the Shipping Policy. Weather, carrier exceptions, customs inspection, address problems, holidays, and remote-area limits can affect delivery timing.
Origin, Documents and Tracking
Standard online orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Huawellux from mainland China. Huawellux does not use a local U.S. warehouse or a third-party fulfillment warehouse for these orders. Independent carriers and freight forwarders transport and deliver parcels after dispatch.
Include any document or test-report requirements in your quote request so the required scope can be confirmed for your order. Tracking is sent by email or through the order contact information when available. Carrier scans may take time to appear.
Import Charges and Unexpected Payment Requests
For new U.S. standard online orders and new project quotations, prices and shipping exclude destination import duties, import VAT/GST, and destination import-clearance, brokerage or carrier tax-collection charges. The buyer pays these charges to the relevant authority, carrier or broker when requested and provides the required importer information and clearance documents. Checkout shows the amount charged by Huawellux; destination import charges may be collected separately. Any sales tax or VAT/GST we are legally required to collect on the sale is shown separately before payment. A zero tax amount at checkout does not mean that no tax or import charge is payable. If a requested charge appears inconsistent with your written order terms, contact sales@huawellux.com with the charge notice and order reference so we can check it.
These terms apply to new orders placed and new quotations issued after this update is published. Existing orders and previously accepted quotations retain the terms agreed when they were placed or accepted.
Orders placed directly through the Shop app or Shop website follow Shopify's marketplace-tax process. Using Shop Pay on huawellux.com does not by itself make the purchase a Shop sales-channel order.
What to Confirm Before Ordering
- The exact product and configuration from the product page or quotation.
- A complete delivery address and reachable order contact.
- Your required delivery date, checked against preparation and transit estimates.
- Any required labels, packing, documents, or test reports.
- Written preparation and delivery terms for custom or project orders.
For custom builds, project quantities, or an order with a specific deadline, Request a Quote before ordering.
Delivery Outside the United States
Online checkout also covers supported destinations in Europe, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Availability for your delivery address and the applicable shipping options are shown at checkout. For supported destinations, preparation is 1–7 business days and estimated transit is 3–8 business days after dispatch; estimates may vary by delivery address.
For an international delivery estimate, send your country or region and postal code to sales@huawellux.com. If your destination is not available at checkout, request a project quotation. Refer to the Shipping Policy and the terms confirmed for your order for destination-specific arrangements.
